About Pharmacy Bursary 2026
The PSSA FPE bursary is awarded to students pursuing postgraduate studies in pharmacy-related fields.
Funding is awarded for one academic year at a time, with students required to reapply each year. Selection is based on academic potential, research viability, and financial need.

The bursary covers postgraduate pharmacy qualifications, including Honours, Masters, and Doctoral degrees. Your qualification must be within a recognised School or Faculty of Pharmacy in South Africa.

How to Apply: PPSA Bursary 2027 for Postrgrads
If you're in the medicine field, then the PPSA bursary is for you. Download and complete the postgraduate bursary application form from the PSSA website. Incomplete or late applications are not considered.

Requirements & Eligibility
Eligibility and Requirements: PSSA Bursary
As an interested student, you must be a South African citizen studying full-time towards a postgraduate pharmacy qualification.
Along with that, you should be a registered PSSA member and submit all required documents, including proof of income and academic results. Incomplete applications are rejected.
Non-members can apply, but at a fee.
Lastly, selection is based on project viability and academic potential (60%) and financial need (40%).
