Key Responsibilities

As a **Driver/Messenger**your duties will include, but are not limited to:

* Safely operate company vehicles to transport employees, visitors, official documents, mail, and small parcels to designated destinations.

* Collect and deliver inter-office correspondence, departmental documents, company mail, and external deliveries according to scheduled routes.

* Ensure all transportation services are completed efficiently and within the required timeframes.

* Conduct routine inspections of the assigned vehicle and immediately report any mechanical faults, maintenance needs, or repair requirements.

* Keep the company vehicle clean, presentable, and hygienically maintained in accordance with corporate standards.

* Collect incoming mail from the post office and assist with sorting and distributing correspondence to the appropriate departments.

* Deliver official documents and packages to the correct personnel within the Qatar Airways Group.

* Maintain accurate daily records by updating logbooks for all documents, mail, and deliveries completed.

* Follow all road safety regulations and company transport procedures while representing the organisation professionally.

* Perform additional messenger and transport-related duties as assigned by management.

 Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this position, applicants should meet the following requirements:

* High School qualification or equivalent.

* A minimum of **2 years' relevant work experience** in a similar driving or messenger role.

* A **valid Qatari Driver's Licence** is mandatory.

* Excellent driving ability with a strong knowledge of Doha's road network and local traffic regulations.

* Good communication skills with proficiency in both written and spoken English.

* Basic literacy and numeracy skills.

* Ability to work responsibly, maintain confidentiality, and deliver excellent customer service.

* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail when handling official documents and deliveries.
