Bursary Description

About DTPW Bursary 2027

If you're going into engineering or the built environment, this is one of the strongest government bursaries out there. The Masakh’iSizwe bursary's goal is fixing skills shortages while funding your full-time studies.

Also, you’re expected to work back after graduating. For every year funded, you’ll owe a year of service.

About Bursary Provider (Western Cape Department of Infrastructure)

The Department of Infrastructure handles public works, transport, and major development projects in the Western Cape.

They use this bursary to build future engineers and infrastructure professionals who will eventually work in government or partnered companies.
