In Grade 12 and planning to enter university in 2027

South African citizens

Under the age of 21 in the year of application

Planning to study towards a degree at a recognised South African university

Interested in fields such as Commerce, Science, Engineering, Law, Humanities, Arts & Health Sciences (but excluding Medicine, Veterinary Science and Dentistry)
This programme looks for students who show both academic ability and entrepreneurial potential, even if they do not have a formal business background
Requirements & Eligibility
To be considered for the fellowship, you must meet the following minimum criteria:

Minimum of 60% in Pure Mathematics or 80% in Mathematical Literacy in Grade 11

Minimum average of 70% for final Grade 11 results (excluding Life Orientation)

You must be under 21 in the year of application

You must be a South African citizen
-
You intend to study at one of the partner universities listed on the fellowship page

Your intended study field must be one of the eligible areas noted above
