 Key Responsibilities

Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ)

* Comply with all Safety, Health, Environment and Quality requirements.

* Adhere to mining safety regulations and company procedures.

* Promote a safe and responsible working environment.

 Business Processes

* Participate in all activities related to the learning programme.

* Complete assigned practical and theoretical training modules.

* Perform duties and tasks as required during the learnership period.

* Demonstrate commitment to learning and professional development.

 Minimum Requirements

Applicants must have:

* Grade 10, equivalent qualification, AET Level 4, or FLC.

* English and Mathematics subjects with a minimum of 40%.

* Good communication skills.

* Basic numeracy and literacy skills.

* Ability to obtain a valid Medical Fitness Certificate.

* Ability to work in a mining environment.
